Our advanced IntelliFET self-protected power switches are designed for switching resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in harsh environments where there is a need for immunity from radiated and conducted emissions. Internally, these switches combine a power MOSFET with a comprehensive array of protection circuits. These safeguards shield against damage caused by ESD, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature conditions. By sensing the presence of any of these potentially catastrophic conditions, they protect both themselves and the connected load, thereby enhancing the overall reliability of the system.
