Hall Elements

Our advanced InSb Hall elements are configured in a bridge structure and feature ultra-high sensitivity to detect small magnetic fields, providing a proportional analog output. They offer wider operating temperature ranges than similar parts—up to 125ºC with more Hall voltage options. The AHE101 device also has smaller offset voltage than its competitors.

These InSb Hall elements are suitable for rotation speed detection and current measurement applications such as brushless DC motors, fans, and current sensors.
