Our fully integrated monolithic power switches provide reliable Load Management and System Protection in compact form factors.

Power Switches include an array of products and feature combinations such as low ON-Resistance, slew rate control to limit in-rush current, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and reverse current blocking. These features can be used to meet USB power specifications or to manage power to subsystems within a larger application. Shutting down sections of a system to save power is common in cell phones, communications equipment, servers, computers, peripherals, appliances, and automotive devices, with more uses in the expanding IoT and consumer gadget categories. Any application needing power savings or protection will benefit from a power switch.

CB Certification

The CB (Certificate Body) Scheme ("IECEE CB" or "Scheme of the IECEE for Mutual Recognition of Test Certificates for Electrical Equipment") is an international scheme for mutual acceptance of test reports and certificates covering the safety of electrical and electronic equipment, devices and components. It was created by the International Electrotechnical Commission for Electrical Equipment (IECEE) to help manufacturers streamline the process of obtaining national safety certifications for their products in different markets.
