Description

The DIODES™ D2V8F4U8MR of transient voltage suppressors are designed to protect low voltage. This has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (cable discharge events), and FET (electrical fast transients).

  • IEC 61000-4-5, Level 2 (Lightning), 24A (8/20µs)
  • Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
  • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
  • For automotive applications requiring specific change control (i.e.: parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities), please refer to the related automotive grade (Q-suffix) part.
