Diodes Incorporated — Analog and discrete power solutions

DDR2.0

DDR2 clocking devices provided by Diodes Incorporated are built on industry-leading technology that provides excellent physical performance combined with low jitter, low power, and zero-delay buffers optimized for blade and rack servers to ensure reliable operation and data integrity.  Serving as the interface between CPUs and local memory, DDR2 SDRAM can support from 400 to 1066 million transfers per second with a bus clock speed of 200 to 533 MHz. For lower overall power consumption, higher bus speeds are allowed by running the internal clock at half the speed of the data bus to enable four data transfers per internal clock cycle.

Diodes Incorporated offers timing solutions across a variety of applications and protocols, as well as a wide portfolio of switching, bridging, and signal conditioning components. With devices designed specifically for leading protocols like SAS/SATA, Ethernet, Fibre Channel, PCI Express, USB, and others, Diodes Incorporated can supply the connectivity components required for your entire system.
