PCI Express Signal Switch family offers 3dB bandwidth in excess of 16GHz and can be used not only for PCI express Gen1 (2.5Gb/s), Gen 2 (5Gb/s), Gen 3 (8Gb/s), Gen 4 (16Gbps), Gen 5 (32Gbps) but also for any applications with data rates up to 32Gb/s. The PCIe Gen 4 switches have low insertion loss (-2.7dB at 16GHz), low return loss (-10.8dB at 16 GHz), low crosstalk (-30dB at 16 GHz) and low off isolation (- 15dB at 16 GHz). Diodes switches operate at ultra-low current in small packaging (QFN) for a wide range of applications including PC, Notebook, Server, Network, Telecom, Multimedia, and Embedded segments. Developers can choose 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 2x2 matrix configurations.
