Diodes 公司 (納斯達克股票代號:DIOD) 今天宣布 Diodes 公司已和安森美(onsemi)達成最終協議,收購安森美位於緬因州南波特蘭的晶圓製造設施和營運 (即「南波特蘭晶圓廠」),但協議的條款並未被公布。
南波特蘭晶圓廠 (SPFAB) 為 Diodes 公司的類比產品提供了額外的 200mm 晶圓廠產能,可以增加 Diodes 公司在汽車產業和工業終端市場的成長動能。加上亞洲和歐洲既有的晶圓製造廠,座落於美國的這座工廠,可以進一步提升 Diodes 公司的全球生產運營。
